We take the privacy of our users very seriously.  This document describes the type of information we collect and how we use that information.

• 1. Confidentiality.  All of the personally identifiable information we collect (e.g. first names, last names, e-mail addresses) is submitted voluntarily by users and held in the strictest confidence.
  
  We do not sell, rent, or in any other way make our users' information available to any third party.  The only party to which an exception may apply is an entity that holds sufficient authority, under Canadian law, to legally demand certain information.  We will consider such an exception only under drastic circumstances (e.g. criminal investigations) and when presented with proper court-ordered documentation.
• 2. Type of information collected.  We collect only the information voluntarily submitted by site users.  This information is required only to use certain features on RightInsurance.ca, such as the Insurance Quote Comparison, and includes items such as the following: names, contact information, gender, age, and products/services of interest.
• 3. Use of information.  We use this voluntarily submitted information only for the purpose of providing users with the type of products and services they are interested in.  For example, if a user requests information on a specific insurance product, we will contact that person, provide the data requested, and answer any other questions he/she may have.  This is the sole purpose for which we collect personal information.
